window switch and lock/unlock bottom

my 90 sedan is having issues with the passenger window switch not work and the driver side door lock not UNLOCKING the doors.

how would i go about trouble shooting this issue?

More then likely the problem is dirty contacts in the switches, you can replace the switch or take them apart and clean them.94

I swapped out a lock button and it didnt help. could it possible I have two dirty/bad lock switches?

It’s possible, only way to be sure is to test the switch with a multimeter. 94

Cleaned the driver side lock button, but it did not fix my problem. It works properly when locking the doors, however it does nothing when unlocking the doors. Would a faulty driver side lock actuator cause all 4 not to work?

It could as the driver side is the main/master.

Could also be an issue with the door lock module itself.

Would a faulty driver side lock actuator cause all 4 not to work?
No.

Beginning to sound like there is a problem with the power door lock control module, or possibly the harness connections in the “A” piller, [door to dash harness].

Let’s eliminate the switches as the problem, unplug the 3pin plug from the switch and use a jumper wire to jump from the black lead to the other two, [one at a time] the other two lead can be green/white and green/red or blue/red and blue, [pass. switch] the drivers switch will be black, green/red and green/white, grounding the colored leads should lock and unlock the doors.

If not, you will have to find the door lock module and ground those leads at the module, if there is still a problem the module is bad.94
