Hey It’s getting rainy here again and my windsheild wipers slap against my cf hood and the sound is really annoying. I’m guessing I need a new wiper transmission bracket but do you think it’s better to get a used one or one from ebay or go to say delray acura and they have the parts there for cheap but there all individual, so ebay or acura and if acura can someone tell me maybe exactly which ones i would need to fix my problem? part numbers? THANKS!!
Slapping against the hood? Honestly I’ve never heard of a problem like that before… well at least not with my DA.
Can’t you just adjust the wiper screws so it doesn’t hit the hood when it wipes? That’s what I did with mine to make it sit perfectly on the windshield where I want it shrug :read:
how could they possibly be slapping the hood? are you sure they arnt slapping the cowl under the wipers?
mines slapped hood when it was popped a little…but i got hood pins no more slap… n the backs raised a little now which vents out air too
