I need a replacement for the weatherstripping between the wiper cowl(#18) and the windshield, can someone point me to the appropriate product online?
Is it #3 on this diagram?
I’ve looked everywhere locally(pepboys/kragen/autozone) and I couldn’t find anything that will fit.

Try the auto glass replacement shops.
are you replacing it for looks, or due to a water leak problem?
If it is for a water leak (especially) in the passenger side, then replacing this weatherstripping will not solve your problem. this weatherstrip is not made to be watertight.
The pasenger side leak is caused by the rubber seals under the retaining clips. search for “Passenger side leak” and look in the teg tips.
If you don’t have a leak, then… we now return you to your regular topic. 
I replaced the seals according to the teg tips and I would like to replace the rubber above the cowl. I will try the auto glass shops…
If you’re talking about that rubber strip that has one-side feathered out, then the glass shops should have that. I don’t think it is an Acura/Honda specific part. I had glass work done on my Teg a few years back and I saw what looked like a roll of that rubber strip hanging in the shop’s wall.
