Wired up new stereo, dome light stay on now

So I wired up a new stereo to my car last night. Everything works fine, all speakers, sub and amp, memory.
The only issue is that now when I turn my car off and leave the dome light on the door setting and close the door, the light stays on. Which wire did mess up on? I ran the dimmer wire to the red and black wire on the cigarette lighter, would that be the one I messed up on?

Also in doing some research, I noticed that the the stereo harness has a dimmer (orange with white) wire coming out of it, that has no match on the vehicle side. If this wire is causing the dome light issue, what other place can it run it to. Som websites say that the NA for that wire. I would really like the dimmer to work.

I used a wiring harness and the dimmer worked without going off the cigarette lighter or anything.

Figured it out. Blew a fuse from the alarm, replaced it. Everything works :slight_smile:
