wireing cooling fan help

hey all fellow teg owners i was wondering if you all could help me out a bit. k wat i wanna do is, my radiator fan works fine no overheating. i no our integras have a cooling fan to cool down our cars when we turn them off… prob is is a while back mine stayed on an killed my battery. so ever since i havent used it i took the fuse out. like i said my car dosent overheat at all but i dont like my engine to be hot lol. here in texas it gets to 100 or more degrees. i dont wanna fix the fan to turn on itself lol i no its better but i wanna use that fan at certain times. the raditator fan can turn on if it wants to cool itself ha. with that said i have bought a switch the one wit three prongs one is accessories one is for ground and one power, i got 14 guage wireing. the condensor fan has 2 wires i think they are blue and black. which do i use for power and which is ground. also how do i wire it. do i leave the fan wire plugged in normal as stock splice the power and hook it to the accesory prong .(then power to direct battery or to a fuse that isint used??). the ground to the ground or how lol? and is it better to sry for a book but thx for all the help i hopefully get in adance :D. p.s 91 integra gs is my year an model

I have to check but I think it is the oil temperature switch and radator fan control unit that keeps the fan running when ign. is off.
Try unplugging the OTS, if fan stops running when ign. is off, replace the OTS if not, replace the RFCU. 94
