your title is too vague, you should change it if you want people to notice it for some advise. and wait more than 3 hours for someone to respond it could be long at times, especially for a big debating question like this.

what do you want out of your exhaust, because the GTII and the Exmag are completely different, same goes for some of the rest some are super loud canisters and some are more refined and quiet stock looking mufflers.

ok the exmag is gonna keep the tone like stock untill u open it up then it will have a bit of growl to it. The GTII system is a GREAT flowing system BUT the piping does not follow stock route, so if the car is lowereed at all it WILL bottom out and that $600 will be screwed. The HKS follows stock route until the rear LCA and then goes under it instead of over like most systems, that is how it achieves its angle of exit and keeps a good flow, its piping is 55mm or 2.16in. Skunk2 is a new exhaust for the DA chassis so im not sure on its performance but Skunk2 is a great company cant really go wrong there. The tanabe systems are just awsome, I personaly dont like the hyper since its not a canister type but others do since its more like the stock exhaust. The concept G looks like it would be a great exhaust and im actuly thinking of getting it.

Ok first the look is not a very important thing here…I only want good sounding, not too loud, and i want an exhaust that gonna give me REAL power and that i will see a nice difference in excelleration adding to that my header and CAI!!! I want an exhaust thats gonna give me a real gain in Horsepower!!! Ok so now i check a couple of sound clip and im down to 4…

1-rsr exmag
2-rs
r GT11
3-Tanabe hyper medalion
4-Tanabe Concept G

I’m waiting for more on this subject!!!
Thanks

this subject has been beat to death, adding a catback doesnt add a significant amount of power, adding the “big 3” mods intake header and exhaust(like you said) you might gain 10HP if you are lucky. if you want power gains start on some internal stuff, like cams, PnP, Higher Comp. Pistons etc then you’ll start to find gains in power.

No need to play in the engine because i swap out my old b18a and putt a fresh b18c-R so i wanna stay N/A for sure!!! I think that people saying that the 3 basic bolt on only give 10hp maximum…i dont thrust that opinion…i saw some dyno sheet of exhaut and some of them add 7-8whp + the headers about the same and the CAI maybe 1-2…anyways this is not the point here in my post…the point is witch on of them will give the better numbers???

unless you saw the dyno sheet in person, i wouldbe skeptical…

a stock engine will not reap the same benfefits one wit internal modding would. and who’s to say that dyno sheet wasn’t pulled from a car that was built?

You need to do alot more research. The exmag and GTII are 2 completely different exhaust.

All catbacks are going to produce similiar gains, just depends on how loud you want it. I went from a GTII to a SP2 and felt absolutely no difference at all. Seems most people on here either like the SP2 or exmag because there not too loud and have a nice deep, smooth exhaust tone. I went with the SP2 only because I like how it looks over the exmag.

nothing to add to this subject guys???

Nope. You should search and not be lazy. GTII is outrageously loud.

I know i search since a week now…60% said rs-r and 40% said tanabe:S:S:S but either one should be a nice pick:)

Ok, well. If 60/40 isn’t convincing enough for you, go see how they look for yourself. Obviously, any vote that close all depends on personal preference.
