I am getting a new B18B intake manifold tonight and I am planning on polishing the intake runners. What do you guys think about this? If should improve flow right? Also, since Hondata doesn’t make a gasket for my motor, what do you guys think about having a shop weld the hole closed on my manifold that allows coolant to flow through it? If it is good for 3-5 Hp on a GSR or RSX, I think my B18A should benefit also, right? Especially since it will be turbo soon. THe last thing I want is a HOT intake manifold. Everyone please post your opinions on these two ideas…
It says the hondata IM gaskets are available for B16A/B18C5, D16Z, B18C, B18A/B18B, H22A, K-Series and S2000 engines.
