I didn’t realize it was physically linked to the manifold. It looks like something that was added on top similar to the covers on the V6s and the Ks. Thanks for the info.
Yes, it is attached to the intake manifold. If you look at h93da6’s pictures, he was removing it and had the large hole in the top of the manifold he had to plug.

Rawel, the B20 block has all of the same bolt holes as a B18A block on the outside, but any brackets that came on it are most likely CRV specific. So, the driver side upper mount bracket that came on the B20 should be taken off and replaced with your Integra one. Then your Integra mounts will bolt up. The same goes for the rear mount bracket, accessory brackets, and anything else that is Integra specific.
What phatcardesigns said. Reuse the integra stuff.
