What Yakima Q clips are you guys running for the DA?
Can’t seem to find it on the Yakima website.
I think people have been using the Thule clips since they have an application for the DA.
Yeah I know but I do know someone is also using the new Q towers for our DA’s but I have no idea what clips they are using.
I got some extra Q towers laying around and need to know what clips they use so I can source them out…
Say what? Are you saying that Thule and Yakima clips are interchangeable? No way… you lie!
So does anyone know for sure which Q clips fit the DA?
They’re not. Lostdeception must be thinking of the Thule 409.
I do remember seeing a photo on here some time ago that showed a member’s car with a Yakima rack on it.
EDIT: A quick search reveals we’ve discussed this before. Can’t find it, but the car I’m thinking of may have been running the older SST towers…

Yeah that car must be mine… I had the older SST towers with Y19 clips made for the DA but some fcuker stole the whole rack and since I have some extra Q towers laying around, I need to know which Q clips fit the DA.
After countless ours of searching and calling numerous bike shops… it seems that there are NO q clips that’s made for the DA. Guess I can ghetto rig sometihng to an existing Q clip to fit the DA… should be too hard… weld here weld there and it should be good to go…
