oem wheels use a ball seating lug. aftermarket wheels use a conical lug. one centers the wheel on the hub, the other centers it on the lug. they should not be interchanged. trust me. i did it before and pulled the lugs off and they were actually starting to deform into the ball seat shape. it’s not safe. they could lose torque, and you know what happens if they do. there was one dude on honda-tech selling aftermarket ball seat lugs in different colors and whatnot. but i don’t think he is anymore. otherwise, there are conical to ball seat adaptor washers you can use
