turning the beam of light yellow usually just requires the fog light covers. like the legend ones. many sell them on the parts for sale section. to actually make the lens of ur fog lights yellow, u can put the film or get lens paint.
Do a search for Yellow fog lights covers REDDA9 sells them for $15 shipped
Or find a Legend at the junkyard with broken head lights… 
And grab the yellow fog light covers from there, they fit perfectly and look great imo.
To be honest though they would probably still charge you almost as much as that guy in the thread is charging. I think $10 or something.
