So I have a 92 integra gs with a ys1 transmission. About two months ago I replaced the clutch and flywheel with an oem exedy kit. Since then I’ve put almost 5000 miles on it with no issues. Then yesterday driving home it wouldn’t fully disengage the clutch, I was downshifting to 4th and the pedal stayed on the floor then slowly came up. At this point it will barely shift. And at a stop if it’s in gear you can hear the clutch lightly dragging on the flywheel.
So my thought is it’s the clutch fork, either it bent, broke or the bolt came loose because iys moving the arm but not disengaging. And I can feel resistance from the pressure plate still. I had no noise when it happened, and the clutch cable is functioning fine.
Anybody have similar issues? Just trying to see if there’s any other possibilities besides The clutch fork or pressure plate.
