Alright got some work done on the car. couple new stuff happened and came across some good deals and i hoped on it.
i picked a H22A jdm engine complete long block! with Skunk2 S PRO manifold and Skunk2 cam gears. Im going to build this engine to get a H2B set up on the DA soon.

Also came across these CLEAN AP2 !! i seen everyone rocking AP1’s so i said i gotta get these and drop them in the DA so i did!
i had to swap pans and rails so they matched… it was a lot of work!!! involved and patience to make it fit! so if you want to do this… you will need lot of patience!

Here is the AP2 on DA rails. full reclinable becasue the AP2 dont recline all the way with the S2K rails.

so i got some more stuff done in the car. yesterday took the car to the muffler to weld in my exhaust, and line it up nicely to my likes. all the rubber pieces that hold the muffler are on and all tight around. so the exhaust is nice and steady.
also finally finished my engine bay for now… did a costum hoses and water neck from autozone to fit my tucked radiator for now while i order the right -an fitted water neck and thermostat housing… for now this will do. and it looks clean.
I finally!!! started the car!!! cranked right up!! engine healthy like a horse!!! did compression test on all 4 cylynders.
compression came 240-250 all around the board. pretty solid. no leaks. engine running a little rich. hope to tune in the next couple days,
picked up hondata s300 v3, some rdx injectors, aem320 e85 pump, type r tranny s80 4.4 final drive, and skunk2 exhaust. Im re-doing my exhaust, the one on the car is too small is only 2.25 i need 2.5-3inch so big updates next week! with some dyno numbers! coming soon…

picked up a set of BLOX COMPETITION FULL BODY COILS. there was really nothing wrong with my current set up, but i wanted to have decent full bodies on the car. no now thats accomplished. only missing new rotors and brake pads and my whole suspension is complete. !

Yesterday i was able to switch some thing around. I finish installing both thermal gaskets for TB and IM.
i also repalced my spark plug cover with a Neo Chrome billet one i found on offer up for $10 looked better than the plastic one. heres a pic.
Also installed me 1320 performace Big Tubes headers wit my new Innovative Traction bar! i got plenty of clearance!

Manage to make a trip to a local shop and picked up a BLOX 3 inch muffler with the turndown tip ( i wanna give it a shot) i compared next to the K-tuned and i picked the BLOX one… the cannister was a little more round and it seem more eye appealing to me. am sure most people would have picked K-tuned for almost the same price but o well…
also picked up a BLOX 3in velocity stack.
also installed my full body BLOX coils… cant tell from this pic. My poor car been in jack stands for sooo long lol.
so that’s all i did lately i been busy with work on other things around the house… hopefully this week i can get the exhaust welded and my custom 3in exhaust made.

so yesterday i was able to get the car to the exhaust shop!! finally installed the full 3 inch custom exhaust!
did something a little different. i ran the exhaust on the other side to avoid making curves on the pipping and get better flow for the 3in. i cut the rear and made a cut-out for the exhaust to sit on… eventually ill cut the lower botton of the bumper and make a costum diffuser but for now this will do.
also did a mild drop and re-aligned the car with the new coilovers. im still mising wheel/tire set up. but as it sits now.

car made 198/145 with the b16 cams… i need to get better cams to free up some more power… Not what i wanted… but the car Moves really well for what it is.
i was really looking for 200-210… but after opening the valve cover and checking cams… i was under the impression i had ITR cams… but they ended up being SiR cams instead… little disappointment there but oh well… This ALL MOTOR Gains… aint nothing like turbo!!! im started to see that lol.
exhaust came out so sick!!! always thought about doing that j’s racing turndown look on my da. that was a good idea with you running less bends

thanks! bro. yeah i wanted to do something a little different and more functional. i really hate the way the factory Da exhaust bends so much. So my muffler guy and myself decided to bring it on the other side without all the bens. i really like how it came out and sounds amazing.!
