I X2 this! I would really like to plan this out so I can forsure make it!
Stop posting stuff like this guys. When i get information I will post it. there is no need to panic and post “what’s going on, what do i do, where is it gonna be, etc etc etc”. Start by reading the whole thread.
I WILL post every piece of necessary information WHEN i get it, and not before. I have to make sure that everythings in order before peopel go making reservations and stuff. There is a LOT to setting up a meet of this kind. so please be patient and keep the posts to a minimum We don’t need 10 pages of “What do i do” type stuff.
Relax. Things are lookign good right now, but when coordinating schedules with a race track, i have to basically work around other clubs racign schedules, the parks events, etc etc etc. I also have to coordinate sponsors, food vendors, etc etc etc.
No one will be denied entry to the event. If you pay you can play.
So please just bear with me and keep your eyes on the thread for more details. There is plenty of time.

~14 hour drive from Montgomery, Alabama. i dont know though guys. ill only be 16 plus a motor that only gets like 150psi across the board is just asking for trouble. ran it by my parents and they said its too far. but i would love to come, a road trip would be great! idk, unless my dad says it would be fun i doubt ill be able to make it. but only time will tell:rockon:

150psi per cylinder is good, considering its an old engine.
my car is at about the same, but i dont know about now since i broke the timing belt just recently.
your engine should last the drive.
haha dude. 150 would be AFTER the top end being rebuilt. its actually at like 135-140 right now

This meet can happen and the only place I recommend for it to be at us the luxor parking lot. There are a lot of other site that have national meets. And they almost always have them in Vegas in that parking lot. Since no-one is want to plan I will start planning this .
I’ll be honest. Nothing against Kansas, but I’d more likely go to a Vegas meet. If I’m going to drive a long distance, there’s more to do/see in Vegas, making the drive more worthwhile.
I dont think Vegas will attract anyone from east of the Mississippi. I dont know about anyone else but a cross country trip in a lowered/modded DB2 wont be much fun. It’ll basically be another socal meet for me to envy.:bump:

I wouldn’t wanna drive my car all the way there and back. I think that was the whole reason for a mid country meet, not such a huge distance for one side versus the other.
