why does not having an AC increase HP? does it have to be removed or can i just be turned off? i dont understand someone please explain this concept.
Removing your A/C doesn’t ‘gain’ you any power per sae, it just regains lost hp that the A/C is ‘raping’ from your motor…
yeah thats what i mean, but wants the difference between not having an AC and just turning if off?
In boosted applications, keeping the AC requires more piping, which results in less responsiveness(due to the longer route) Other than less weight by removing your AC, NOT having it turned-ON, results in no power loss(other than a little drag caused by the belt)
