I have read a lot about caster and ways to fix it on our g2’s. I came across the accord radius arm threads and thought I would give it a shot. The results were great, the rods fixed my caster perfect and its an oem part. The radius arms I used were from an 86-89 accord 5 speed. The first picture shows the horrible caster before. Next is a side by side shot of the integra and accord bars. The only modification needed for this project is the 2 holes in the accord arms. The holes on the accord are a smaller bore than the integra so they will need to be reamed to the size of the integra bolts. I am not sure how to do this because I bought the bars off integ3 who had done the reaming before the purcahse. Other than that its a straight forward replacement. Oh also the bars are the same diameter. The accord arm is a bit bit longer. It is also very cheap I got the bars for $35 shipped (thanks integ3).
yea the car drives soo straight right now. i can let go of the wheel at 80mph and cruise for about 2 miles before it gets close to the lines. i have really bad toruqe steer though still trying to figure that out.
just going over this thread as I’m planning on doing it myself, only one thing puzzling me… surely you want the new Accord radius arms to be shorter, rather than longer?
or is there enough room for adjustment on them that they end up being effectively shorter when fitted?
