Hey folks. I’m running 450cc dsm injectors at 12.5psi making 233whp (got some down pipe design problems). Anyhow according to the injector calculator and turbo edits duty cycle tool, I am out of room for more boost\hp. So my question is how many people are running these, what hp and how much boost are you running. Oh I think my fuel pressure is 38. I want to go to at least 15psi but if I need bigger injectors to do so I will probably rethink my goals.
sound like you fuel pressure is about right, whats the max duty cylce, if your injectors are peaked out, thats all she wrote. looks like its time to upgrade.

What is the duty cycle? You really don’t want to go much over 80% at any time. The injector can handle it, but the risk of something “bad” happening increases.
yeah running 255lph fuel pump. Not to sure how accurate turbo edits duty cycle tool is because I’m tuning with B.R.E. But I am at the 80% duty cycle according to it.
80% duty cyle, yeah looks like there just maxed out man. not much you can realy do with them from here out but upgrade.
its weird for me i tried running 450 dsm injectors and when i start the car the idle sounds like crap and choke smoke comes out from my DP when i rev it. Sorry to thread jack but do you or anyone know what that could be?
