any 12 sec Tegs????

What I did was jack the front of the car up. Loosen the lock nuts. Turn the radius rods until there is no load on the bars, you will get to a point in the center where there is 0 load/feedback from the heim joints end. Around there will be stock. From that point, I adjusted it so taht my wheels were 1/2" closer towards the front and ocne I ahd taht set, it was almsot perfect at 1* more then stock, for my car atleast. Remember not to judge caster by how forward the wheels look in the wheel wells, always measure from points and comapre to the other side underneath the car.

Well I mean I would use that to get a general caster alignment, then get a true alignment. I do my alignment myself at work, but I don’t actually work the alignment bay. I actually run the parts department at Honda. lol.

I dunno if anyone else saw it but I was watching the Nopi tuner series and when they went to show the drag cars, there was a black G2. The only run they showed it do was like a 10.7 and that was with it spinning out at the launch.

I’ve got 22x8x13 m&h slicks, and they’re hooking like crazy, but I can’t seem to figure out the launch. When I launch at 5500 and sort of preload a little bit with the e-brake, it feels sick as hell, but doesn’t show up as such on the timeslip. I’m going back one more time this year to see if I can figure it out.

What’s your redline and are you having to shift to 5th gear? What tranny?

The best 60’s I been able to cut are 2.06 with drag radials. my drag radials are 24.5" tall. Unfortunatnly even with decent 60’ times. I lsoe it all from that point on till the 330. after the 330 it’s oooooookay at best. I want to hit 11’s on drag radials first before throwing slicks on. But unfortuantnly this year of racing is over for me. I’ve pulled the motor and tore it apart alreayd to change some things around. I’m still deciding on slick sizes. with 24.5" tires trappnig 129.5mph. I end up deep into 4th gear on my b16 tranny. almsot 9000rpm.

Yeah see I’m using an LS tranny, the best one for a high-powered turbo car IMO. I’ve got VTEC set at 4400, so that’s not an issue and my redline is 8300. I trap at 124 with plenty of gear left in 4th to get me to 130+ when the time comes. I used to get consistent 2.1’s with nitto drag radials and now with slicks I can’t seem to even break 2.0. I’ll get it down though. . .

I’d definitely stick with a 24.5" slick or go to a 25" slick with that tranny!! :stuck_out_tongue:

I saw you run that silver srt-4 I ran the same one that day but only pulled a 13.4 on that day.Im probably going with my buddy in his silver evo on sunday, I would take the teggy but the turbo seal took a shit on me last weekend at da grove.

That’s not a bad idea,mines half apart in storage im attempting to do a wire tuck along with my motor work, i just bought a fully built block with dart mid sleeves all forged internals and a erl 5 main block girdle,i gotta figure the tranny and axle thing out. I broke 8 axles and two sets of spyder gears with my drag radials, Im buying good axles this year and i wanna get the slicks you have and sell my radials. Any pointers/suggestions would be appreciated.
Oh ya I went to union grove on sunday with my buddy in his evo, they had like 20 cars there and still ran.

yup fridays snow was gayness but damn i need a winter car so i can put mine in storage for the winter
