Anyone running talon/eclipse injectors?

I picked some up from a 93 talon tsi and they don’t seem to fit.

the opening in the fuel rail is too small.
anyone had this problem?

i have them in my car. fit perfect in the fuel rail but needed to get smaller o-rings that go into the manifold.

I need at least 720cc injectors. I didn’t think it would make that much power when I was building this custom kit but I am very lean at 5500rpm. So I had them cleaned and flushed for 20 bucks a injector thinking that was my problem until I put the FJo wideband 02 on the car and saw the readings.:bang: So they are like brand new and flow within a percent of each other.

going from 450 to 720 is a HUUUUUUUUUUUGE jump. you can’t get away with say 550’s?

i used my o-rings from my rc injectors since i had some laying around i used those. i heard you can use the stock ones but you have to use a dremel to open the hole a little bigger. just go little by little.

Formz TSi- Yah its a huge step, but thats what my setup requires. A buddy of mine with the same setup is running 550cc injectors with a Walbro255 pump and 15psi is all he could push with taxing the injector. I want the ability to run 20psi if I wanted it without taxing the injector for good longevity.

Soooo… tsi injectors fit huh? Would they be a good recommendation for a stock b20? Mine are about 100,000 mi over there limit i think :vomit: so let me know… might have to get me a set…

Dev90GS- 450cc injectors on a stock motor is way too much.Your stock injectors are fine. just get a better fuel pump if anything to give you better volume.

I just want to replace my B16 injectors. If it’s $60CDN for the set, I’ll have my cousin pick it up, and just let me know what’s involved in properly fitting them in.

The_Oz- Whats up bro? Hows Montreal treating you? Do you still have the Talon? Unfortunately I can’t sell them for $60 CDN. I have $200 wrapped up in these injectors after the flow testing. So if I can recoop half my money I would be happy. $100 CDN takes them and there is no modifing them to fit. Just pop them in and away you go.
