is it just me or is this a really good setup because of the 9.7:1 compression ratio, 160 hp stock horsepower, and really strong crank. Has anyone on here had any success with this setup? some dyno sheets or info would be great. i was thinkin 7 psi on my b17 with stock internals would be very safe as long as i get a better fuel pump, injectors, and a fresh tune.

i boosted my stock b17 in 07’, i had rc 440cc injectors, 255 fuel pump, arp headstuds tuned on crome and made 283hp on 10 pounds… but it blew when i up the boost to 16 haha( boost happy)
right now im running a stock, boosted, jdm gsr, I was thinking about building the b17 and putting it in, but we will see. if you boost it, put up some results…

That all depends, with a proper setup and a good tune yes. with a bunch of cheap parts and a basemap, probly not
10 psi to 12psi, anything below them levels will have you saying “what the hell”. Stock internal can take it all day but better not try to drive around untuned.
