from a roll

he takes me both times. (Im the white teg) And yes, i was running open headers at the time) awaiting new exhaust. But i need new piston rings…but that wont hurt me that much will it? i ran at the track the next day(thats how i got my times)

These were all performed on a deserted road around 1:00am or so.

model of cars matter too, if he has a gs he is naturally going to pull a better et if he is a good driver…less weight, that could be one, second tuning is the best tool you can have, bad grounds, and c,c1 should spin in 3rd with minimal sound check that u arent spinning the tires for a short 10th of a sec, i could go on all day but you get my drift, your car is probably as fast if not faster my just need to check a few things ^^

you should be able to handle that type-s O_o, id say get it dyno-tuned…

the teg (mine) was /is street tuned using a wideband 02 sensor.

is the vid working

he is also shifting around 7800 which is about the end of the powerband for gsr if your shifting past the powerband you could be adding time to your et that way as well, another reason why i suggest dyno-tune because youll know exactly when to shift

wouldn’t VTEC engagement @4250 be just a tad bit too early? once again, I’m just curious.

yes the ideal vtec x-over for a stock gsr is 4400 rpm.

the gs is the heaviest model…rs is the lightest

wheres the GSR fall?

woops my bad thought gs was O_o, u get the point anyways :stuck_out_tongue:

koo times

heres my cheap ass set up, but it put me in the early 14’s.

Ctr pistons in my ls short block, oil quirters, miled ls head, with blox intak man, and chipped ecu, gutted 2dr running 14.2 and its an ls, i was supprized to see my car baring 14’s, but for da’s compression is key becuzz my b17 can do shit on noting…ohh plus im running a hydro b16 tranny …

damn thats some nice times

so you have an ls block and ls head w/ ctr pistons? What cams are you running stock ls cams?

can you post your time slip or at least type it out? What tires were you running?

i just calculated your c/r on http://www.bojangs.com/calculator/ and it’s 11.6:1 c/r. With your milled head it should be even higher, are you running the stock headgasket? This can’t be your daily driver right, 91 octane would cause detonation and knock, or do you mix it with race gas?

dont give him ideas.

lol his set up seems suspiscious…doesn’t seem real

meh…that dude …i call B.S.

id like to see him prove his time.

well the fact he hasn’t came back and responded to my questions already proves he’s lying…ehh some people are just attention whoRes :giggle:

lol, i dont know why you would put CTR pistons in a B-18C…ITR has higher compression.
