Import drag racing series at Pacific Raceways in Kent starts this weekend and I need to add a battery shut off switch. I know Haberdasher has one, but he doesnt live close to me anymore…
How did you guys manage to add a shut off switch?

why?
walmart has battry disconnect toggles. i dunno if thats what u mean. why u need a batt kill switch? u’ll have to reset ur clock and radio everytime
the trunk keyhole makes a great mount point. do you need a twist or push/pull type?

the NHRA rule book says that if you have your battery re-located in the trunk/hatch it has to have a batter “disconnect” switch. Haberdasher has some good pictures of it on his site but I wanted to explore my options.

Speeddaddy: I dont think it matters, the rule book says as long as its a pull or twist and it shows which way is “off”, then your ok. It just has to be in the rearest most part of your vehicle
