Yo bert, after looking at the below picture and the others that you posted, I am trying to figure out just exactly how you mounted this intercooler. Other pics of this intercooler, mounted, would be great. I am thinking of using the same intercooler so that I can keep a/c and p/s.
p.s.- who made this intercooler?
Lots of modifications were needed to mount this intercooler with the manifold and turbo I am using. I’d imagine if you are using a conventional top mount or a ram horn manifold it would be much easier to find a place to mount it.
The intercooler is an air to water from precision, it will support 1000 hp.
I dont have a good pic of where the intercooler is mounted, but it is sitting pretty much in the fender. With the piping running right next to the radiator
This might help, till I can get a good pic. The red line goes from the intercooler to the intake and the blue goes from the turbo to the intercooler. The radiator is pushed all the way to the left, the hood latch is not there any more and I had to cut the fog lights out of the passenger head light. Its a tight fit, but it should be good to go soon.
