Best turbo piping available for our cars?

:bang: Yo, what do ya’ll think is the best overall turbo piping kit available for our cars? I have a 91 rs with an LS. I got to thinking about the kit that full-race makes, but I would still like to know what everyone thinks is the best shit. I am looking to buy an intercooler that this dude has and i’m not sure if it’ll fit. Makes me wonder if I should just get a piping kit that includes an intercooler made to fit our cars instead of wondering if this dudes ic is gonna fit or not.

I hope everyone understands and accepts why I am asking this question. I simply want to get the right shit the first time. F**k extra shipping costs!

Nothing is made to fit perfectly with our cars, with all kits, modifications need to be made.

Full race, Peak Boost, Turbonectics, etc are the closest fitting but are the most expensive. You are better off going with custom stuff.

no matter what kit you get it will not drop in, i have used cheap-o ebay ones, stock ones from other cars, name brand, NOTHING is a direct drop in into almost any car… the one i’m puttin on my car now was a big pain in the ass it’s from ebay… pipes and fmic for 200 shipped who can complain ? lots of cutting and adjusting sizes and yadda yadda… this is the almost completed boosted b16.

^are those aluminum or steel pipes? What are the dimensions of the intercooler? I ask cuz I’m looking to purchase one very soon. How do you feel about the cheap ebay piping/cooler versus the expensive stuff?

I’d stay away from anything turbo related off ebay. I got mine done custom

they are the same aluminum type of pipes they use for the cheap-o ebay intakes, came with high pressure couplers and t-bolt clamps, i tried it out tonight for a quick 7psi run, holds awesome.

got some better pictures? also, how much cutting did you need to do? i was looking at one of those kits.

I love ebay…My turbo kit before for the most part came off ebay and almost my kit that I have now is ebay. I may just slap a big ebay sticker on my ride when spring arrives.
