Non abs conversion, looped power steering and touched up the engine bay.

First time doing an engine tuck, Next time I will use better material and pathways.

Harness is tucked and ready to go and I managed to scratch the valve cover somehow.

Heart transplant is in. Im running into some idling issues. I believed I narrowed it down to the throttle body. I’ve been reading about issues with skunk 2 manifold. Right now its idling at 1.5-2k rpm. Hopefully its not the intake manifold gasket because I reused the old Hondata gasket.

Cleaned the idle control valve and also adjusted the fast idle valve ,swapped to the gsr and then back to my da throttle bodies with new gaskets and then replaced the intake manifold gasket and was for nothing. Still my idle was at 1.5-2k rpms.

Then I deleted the fast idle valve and purchased a 96 integra throttle body gasket. The idle dropped down normal. but the idle was surging in and out when warmed.
So heres the problem, since my intake is 70mm and the stock da throttle body is alot smaller I believe 58mm?? , the problem is the throttle body gasket.

There is a gap between the gasket and the bore, so if your running your stock throttle body with an aftermarket intake manifold this could be your problem.

Easy fix, I made a new throttle body gasket.

I haven’t done much, replaced my clutch cable, thermostat, and spark plugs. polished an old strut bar I had laying around. Upgraded to a Greddy 4-1 header w/ 2 inch collector and made a 2.5 inch test pipe. Now I need to upgrade the throttle body and exhaust system, the engine feels congested but it flows way better then the video I posted.

replaced my seized front calipers, brakes and rotors all around.

Are those EBC rotors? I have been looking at them for a while but still haven’t pulled the trigger. Also looks like you need to stake your axle nut.

No I bought these from brakemotive on eBay ,I bought them for my tsx about 2 1/2 years ago and there still up to par. So far they stop well on the teg.

Huh, good to know. I mainly want the painted/coated hats so they don’t rust and look all shitty behind the wheels haha. Guess the cheaper option would be to just break out the high temp paint and the masking tape.
