GSR equipped with obd2 stuff. I’m going to be using the distributor and taking the vtec harness from the harness.

Had to get rid of that snail manifold and bought a used Skunk2 Pro off a Fb buy and sell forum.

You have to extend the intake manifold studs to use a hondata gasket.

Should definitely have some fun with that GSR. Was your car for sale recently? Saw one posted in your area that looked similar.

Yea it was, It sort of still is because I’m suppose to be buying a db2 shell from a friend but the money I was gonna use to get it went towards my engine. And I can’t make up my mind which car I want to build lol.

started on the driver side tuck. it wasn’t as bad as i thought it would be.

make a new transmission ground.
non abs conversion.
remove all ac components.
relocate battery to trunk.

If you don’t want the AC components, I’ll take them. I’ve got to install AC on my gsr.

Does/did the abs work?

Lol that’s one sure fire way to stop the leak. Pulling out all the HVAC stuff or are you just going to leave it on recirc?

Yup so far no leaks. I’m going to be keeping the heat but I need to find away to get air through the ducts because of my fuse box location and wiring.Anybody have any suggestions ? I was thinking about moding the evap box somehow or should I redo the cabin harness, extend the fuse box and put the engine harness plugs back into the engine bay??

the ac lines,fan,condenser,drier and compressor chucked away.I think a good amount of weight was removed. So much room for activities!

Tore apart the obd2 harness to make a vtec sub harness, hopefully I made it long enough.

Added some cheap 6k hids for some visibility.

I kept hearing a clunk eveytime I would go over a speed bump, looked under the wheels and diagnosed the problem. not sure how that happend…

So I ordered Energy Suspensions again and went ahead and changed the sway bar links and the rsb. What a Day and night difference, the steering feels much stiffer and the roads seem much smoother. I’m waiting to do the upper and lower control arms later down the road.The bushings are just sitting in my closet collecting dust.

I went to the junkyard the other day and snipped obd1 plugs from an integra.
then I soldered and heat shrink-ed it them to the obd2 distributor.

My temporarily Boss hub from ebay came in today. The quality of the hub bore fits like horse shit. I had to force it in but everything else is OK. Didn’t expect top notch ,I only paid 10 dollars lol. Until I can save up some coins for a Nrg short hub and quick release, this set up this will do.

stripped my extra valve cover down and painted it with wrinkle black. I used lipstick so i could just wipe the paint lettering off when dried.I need a spark plug cover and grommets to finish.

So I went to 3 junkyards and went through at least 20 civics and all the ecus where pulled, so mad. I Gave up and bought one through facebook. Ended up with a chipped p28 for $100 and got it programmed with stock gsr base map,disabled eld,vtec set too 5k and shift light at 8200 rpm using crome.
