Boosting my 92 integra???

Im planning on boosting my integra…Now here is the question I want to replace all the belts, gaskets, and water pump, oil pump and so forth Is this worth it… Im also taking out ac and changing my radiator to a half size civic…If i can find one… and if i should go with a walbro 190 or a walbro 255… im also wondering if i could just put either a b16,b18c,or b18c5 oil and water pump even though this isnt a ls/vtec builf… and if i should put some arp head studs in and relocate my battery…Now is this a good idea or no and if i do put a different water pump in and oil pump…DO i have to run different belts for the water pump…

if you havent boosted anything before, i would just use your A1 as is maybe change the t-belt, unless it has over 200k. I wouldnt replace much, because odds are if its your first turbo build and your not tuning it. It wont last long but you can learn from your mistakes and build a faster one. And i think all the oil/water pumps are the same for B series… but i cant promise you.

match the water pump w/ the timing belt. like if you get gsr water pump, use a gsr timing belt.

i am planning on tuning the car once its boosted…So there is no problem there… Im planning on either hondata or chrome…So now the thing is i want to do it right and if the motor goes then i have the parts from this one for an other b18 non vtec…So which water pump and oil pump should i go with and…As for the belts i want all of them replaced and since im taking my ac out( everything is coming off) where can i get a belt that doesnt run with the ac compressor??

the a/c compressor has its own seperate belt. the power steering and alternator as well. so there wont be a problem.

so the ac compressor has its own belt so if i take it out i wont need a new shorter belt…See i want to replace the timing belt, ps belt and alt belt… Are there any others…

nope. those are all the belts.

ok thanx now… Im thinking either a b18c water pump or a b16a water pump…which one would work better…Im also going to get a new oil pump…Out of those two as well which is better…Thanx

Also im thinking of building the head on the car…Now that measn everything… Any one know of any good parts that would work well with boost… … I was thinking like any good parts as in cams.cam gears… and so forth down to vavles… Let me know

there’s crower, ferrera, supertech, rocket, endyn, skunk2…the list can go on. there’s alot of options available.

so what are other turbod g2 running for head work…???

crower TI retainers, crower dual valve springs, supertech ss valves with nitride coating (smoother finish then chromed ss valves and can withstand hotter temps) all matched with 402-t’s from crower.

all that junk is in a freshly machined P75 head (decked and 3-angle valve job)

p75 head flows more then the old pr4 head. u can actually see the difference when u look at the two side by side. the throat and bowls are better designed

and how much did that run you and where did you get a p75 head…Ive looked for one but cant find one…

$350 for the retainers and springs, valves $160, and $200 for the cams. now these are below average cost so expect more. i bought a 99 b18b for $200 so thats where i got the head from. i believe the p75 head started in 98 or something (not sure)

ok well does the head bolt right on to the a1 or no…If so i found one…LOL…Also question im getting a civic half rad… Now do my radiator hoses fit that or do i have to use the civic ones.

yes. a1 and b1 are the exact same block. good stuff cuz u can never go wrong with a p75 head. b series has a larger rad hose and from what i hear u need to use the civic rad hoses and they can be force to fit. i’d sooner just get a aluminum half rad with the proper outlet sizes

well i got a 99 civic si rad, and it seems to be ok… but there some extra shit like outlets on the bottom …now im not sure wat they are for but…We will see and if so then i should buy the rad hoses from an si…??? Also think i found my self a working head for 50 with vavle cover
