BOV question....

Hey guys,

I currently am running a Tial 50mm BOV. I was thinking of switching it to a Turbosmart BOV.

All I want to know is how much of a pain would it be swap the Tial out for the Turbosmart? I don’t plan to do it myself and I won’t do it if it’s going to cost me too much.

Would I need to change out my piping completely?

you’ll need to get a new flange for the BOV, so depending on location you may need new piping and you’ll probably have to pay someone to weld it in for you.

Nothing wrong at all with the Tial, just wanting a different sound.

Im guessing any shop would be able to weld the flange on for me, and at the same time install the BOV?

should be.

i’d look for probably around 100-150 total for install time. gotta love 60-70 bucks/hour for labor.
