If I just re-sleeves my shortblock w/ crower rod and Je pistons.
WITHOUT turbo and everything else stock I can still pass CA smog, right? Cause I would not of have changed too much, even with a slightly bigger bore, right?
I ask this cause I want to go turbo and want to take everything out every two year when I need to.
