can't get bumper to fit on properly

I can’t get my bumper to fit on properly, i’ve been trying this for 2 days already and no luck. I also cut the bumper support so my intercooler can fit in there…also took out the grill out of my bumper

Any ideas?

I have a starion intercooler…

there’s always more to cut…

what ever is interferring with the fitment of the bumper…cut…cut it…cut it baby…

Did I ever!!

Turns out to be that the top portion of the bumper mouth wasn’t cut enough…

Got the bumper on and it fits like it did before (except there is a shinny looking thing behind it )

I’ve got a line on a starion intercooler, and was wondering if you could post up some pics of it for me. I’d really appreciate it. That goes for anyone else with the starion IC as well. Thanks guys
