Also got the CO G2IC peoples exhaust installed on my car. Cut and modified 2 hangars, and extended the resonator 2 inches to clear the bumper. Now it fits with no bumper meltage! Just wetsanded it with 2k grit and finished with some Mag Wheel polish.
And 3 months after Rusto painting it. Seen 3k miles, hail, hard rain, 120mph, 100+ degree temps etc looks fantastic after rinsing off. No chipping flaking peeling chalking etc like all the naysayers say it would. Still shines great though sun was too bright in the pics.

Been a bit on the updates! I got tired of ‘it’s still busted’ updates so refrained until the car is done. Tons of issues along the way which I will spare you but she’s all good to go now. Just need to take to alignment shop and then the exhaust shop to raise my header and resonator or pull it out and bend it myself lol.

Thanks guys! Yeah it felt surreal driving it the other day, was thinking isn’t this supposed to be broken on jackstands? I kept waiting for a bolt to pop loose, or the motor to blow up, or some massive leak to sprout up. She did fine though!

Going to take care of one of the issues this weekend, though been thinking of going into the mountains though. My exhaust has 1/4" of clearance, the header is ‘bent’ downward, so where the collector meets the resonator is angled downwards. I can move it upwards 2" with a jack, but it only twists the motor mounts and flexes back.
BlkAck gave me a spare LS head. SO I’m going to remove the header, bolt it to the ls head and flip it upside down. Bolt the head to some 4x4 posts, fill the header with sand, heat and bend. We shall see how it works but it should give me my clearance she needs. If not ah well there are so many cheap headers around.

I sold the s300 with the P61. The downward spiral begins. I am keeping the RSR, the headlights and that’s it. Keeping the car running stock looking as possible and will hand down to my daughter in 6 years. Since I ruined the car (wire tuck, AC, PS, ABS delete, rolled fenders, B20V, etc) I am sure nobody wants to buy it.
