I am so disappointed to see this happening to a member here; and so much MORE disappointed that it is being done BY another (ex)member here.
I think lawsuit is definitely in order. While I’m sure you probably didn’t sign any type of written contract, you should have proof of the money you sent ( I hope) and you can present as evidence the bar that Kyle made, and compare it to other products that are available. It’s hard to say if you’d win anything, but I think if you’re able to devote the time to it, you should definitely take him to task over this.
I would HATE for him to just get away with your money.
Kyle, as a friend of you and your brother, PLEASE give this guy a refund before he sues you for the full price of the bar, court fees, and his time off work. A friend of mine sued a guy on clubsi.com and got $3000. when the part was only $950. Be smart dood. When the judge sees that the bar doesnt fit, its going to be game over for you. The judge doesnt care about the shit talking you guys did, just about the facts. He gave you money to make a bar, and it doesnt fit. Believe me Kyle, if he takes another bar that is made by another company to show a comparison, he is going to own you in court. Do the right thing Kyle.

The X is in the wrong place, you want your bars to come into nodes together. The X bars should have been notched to fit into the other 2 in the corner.
if it comes down to it guys, im near this guy. havent met him, but im good friends with dustin. its a real shame this has happened, and i supported him once before too. boy do i feel like a sucker.
sarry to hear this man i bought a upper strut bar for my teg. i asked him for the best one he has. i got the bar the powder coat was all marked up and s…t. i know how u feal he wanted to say that happened in shipping witch is bull s…t because it was packed great and the box it came in was no market or dented. he sayed no refund and did not offer to repowder coat it. i have also seen on the bar welds are not great and u can see where he burnt through the bar welding it and refild the hole with weld. i feel u man. i have a ccf post on here a few weeks ago andd alot of people on here we being an ass about it to me. they where saying well u got the best bar out for your car be happy stop crying. i payed for a new bar that was what i wanted not marked all to hell. i have so many pics of mark on my bar. i have not even used it i am going to sell it. if i in stall it on my car and people with g2s want to know where i got it i woulnd not want to help ccf out after what they did to me. later josh
