ok guys im back. sorry for the hiatus in the middle of the heat, but im trying to get my ME-degree on so i had to study for my cal3 test like crazy. im trying to hold onto my 4.0 as long as i can… (dreading thermodynamics and its hard ass, everyone apparently gets a C in there at my school). anyways, i will be speaking with the lawyer again this week and getting a firm decision on what we are going to do, legally. kyle imed me yesterday and said that people have been iming him talking shit and things of that nature. guys the choice is simple: legal asskick or literal asskick. the literal asskick is something i can more than handle by myself if i was going to persue that route, but the better thing to do here is get my money back, so please dont talk shit to kyle guys. it doesnt really help my case and i dont even know who is doing it. one badass, sympathetic g2ic member sent me one of kyle’s front lower tie bars that needs to be cleaned up and repowdercoated and im going to use the $50 kyle sent me to take care of this. that way at least i paid $505 for two lower tie bars and not one. thanks again anonymous friend! kyle, it sucks that other people are trying to make this right with me because you wont. thats really shitty and says horrible things about your business. but who cares what i think when everyone on every board we have posted this shit on agrees with me. if i were you, i would start saving, and not spend my money on anything; it will make things easier in the end. thats not a threat, just good advice. enough said on this one… more to come…

kyle claims jake was an asshole the entire time, that he (kyle) did nothing wrong, that since it’s a custom part it’s immediately non-refundable, and that jake verbally agreed to that (which won’t hold up in court). he also maintains that it’ll never get to court, and even if it does, the judge will laugh at jake and kyle will get off scot-free.
analysis of what this all means: kyle is a punk who won’t hold up to his word, can’t be trusted with your money, is a terrible fabricator, and is going to let his parents take the consequences for his own immaturity, causing their credit rating to get ruined in the process.
i sure hope kyle likes the house he’s living in. his parents won’t be able to get another one with a judgement against them on their credit report.
