Sadly, Kyle has made it clear that he doesn’t give a shit about making the situation right. So now it’s up to you to get the court’s help in convincing him otherwise.
here is another thing that negates any “custom order” rebuttals: CCF is not even a registered legitimate business. thats fraud, legally… here is a lil minipole: who thinks suing kyle and travelling to cali over this is worth it?

legally jake is limited in the scope of his suit. unfortunately, codes mandate that he has to sue in the place where the “business” exists.
jake, like i’ve told you before–you can include the costs associated with your suit in the amount you’re suing for. the worst the judge can do is say your plane ticket isn’t a reimbursable expense, but looking at both sides i doubt that’ll happen.

Include everything you can possibly think of in your suit - court costs, legal fees, airline, food, hotel, time off from work, etc. the judge can give you less money than you asked for in the suit, but not more.
well i did get the $50 from kyles mom yesterday. this is a good thing. as soon as finals are over ill go talk to my lawyer again and see what he thinks. anyone have any input on this… how will the fact that CCF isnt even a registered business affect this situation. i know that is fraud. how does this affect the fact that he wont refund my money based on the “custom order” status of the product. since the fact that it was never stated or agreed to anywhere that custom orders are nonrefundable, how does that affect this situation. one more final and i can ask my lawyer, but what do you guys think?
