Yes, it’s true.
thanks for clearing that up now will crx piping fit my da?
no, it wont, sorry. there are several options however=(1. get (da) piping on ebay 2. have it made 3. buy it used in the for sale section here)hope this helps. also, you didn’t mention if the IC you’re using is ‘standard’ or ‘backdoor’,
i have a full-race IC, and had to modify civic IC piping for mine, here is my resorce if you want it…

There’s no intercooler piping on eBay you either have to get a set for another car and cut/adjust/add to it to make it fit, or have a custom set made for you.

whats the difference?
I’m assuming you mean between the ‘standard’ and ‘backdoor’ style I/C piping? The I/C inlet from the turbo is located in a different spot on the backdoor style, facing the block, and therefore using less piping, resulting in quicker spool. Most kits do not use a backdoor style intercooler, however it never hurts to ask…Mine was custom made by modifying two EG ‘cold side’ I/C pipes, and misc couplers-
oh nice! yeah its standard, its and egay kit for a crx but your saying i can just make it fit by cutting and adding on?
Well, as much as i’d like to tell that it WILL work…i don’t know. I am not 100 percent sure that an ebay piping kit for a crx will fit because i’ve never attempted to modify one. I told you what worked for me in the hopes that it would help you with your project- If you have a ‘standard’ intercooler, i would call up greg at go-autoworks and get one of there kits, they have two different styles to accomadate the ‘DA’ chassis. I am in no way associated to this company, nor am i trying to sell you somthing, however, i was in a similar situation, and thought this might help you out. G/L with your project, and keep me posted…
