i’ve heard all good things about this clutch, just wondering if some of you with personal experience with their stage 2 clutch and 12 lbs flywheel package could or would offer your opinion on this product?
thanks

anybody? please
I have the stage1 six puck with the 7.5lbs fidanza. I love the combo. I picked up both for right at $600. $300 each. I will never go to another company for a clutch. Flywheel wise, I will never change either, and never will need to with the replacement inserts that Fidanza sells.
I just installed their stage 2 clutch and 12lbs flywheel about a month ago, and they definitely feel great! I’d say even better than the Exedy stage 1/Fidanza combo, and I used that on at least three different clutch jobs over the years. What I did was PM different vendors on Honda-tech, got the lowest quote, and then had a local shop price match! Ended up paying $286 total for just the stage 2 clutch, and the flywheel I found by accident actually. Some dude on a local forum was selling it as a Fidanza 7.5lbs, and it definitely wasn’t haha. Got that sucker for $60 brand new! So definitely shop around
great to hear the talk is true
mrpenny thats fricken awesome lol i dont mind buying direct from Competition though. $530 shipped directly from them for the stage 2 and 12lbs kit
keep em coming
I got a stage 4 clutch and loving it.
these your daily drivers as well or mainly track cars? and how do you all drive them on a daily basis…rough or just put around
It’s my daily. I beat on it every once in a while, but I’m consistently at, or above 35MPG (stock LS with RSR header and exhaust) so I do drive a lot. No track time yet though
RS*r header… Would you be interested in selling?
And I beat on mine pretty good. Dont really slam gears but I shift usually at the mid to upper rpm range and cruise on the HWY at or about 80mph. I have had mine for a good 3 years now and no slippage.
 all good to know. i pretty much had my mind set on their kit but just nice to hear some personal experiences like that

Hehe, it will be up for sale in the near future, so keep a look out!
Integranewbie: It’s definitely a great combo, and I have yet to hear anything bad about CC!

awesome thanks a bunch looks great man i’m stoked cant wait to get the car up and running again with this
Hehe, it will be up for sale in the near future, so keep a look out!
Will definitly buy it, if I dont find one new online forsale. Why are you selling it?
ON hondas they might be great but you guys should read some of the nightmares the Scion TC camp is having with these clutches.
personally i have nothing good to say about TC’s PERIOD haha the ex owns one and its terrible
My GF owns one and I really liked it till I looked in the engine bay. Just to put on an intake I was like WHO THE &^%$ ENGINEERED THIS BS. I am yet to purchase one now. I bought the factory yellow lense fogs for it and getting the greddy TI-c, but after that all I am getting is cosmetic stuff. Engine bay layout is a nightmare…:dunno:
yea and my ex’s on the interstate only gets 28 mpg and all stock with just an intake
I mean dont get me wrong that thing is quick though. It barely, by about a bumber, pulls on me and I have a b18b, exhaust, intake, clutch, and flywheel. Hers is all stock. I raced it against my boys 98 prelude si and we were neck and neck. It has alot of potential, hell right now one of the fasted time attack cars is a scion TC, LMAO, but I am not going to work in that engine bay…
