confusion about my turbo

my turbo is an internally wastegated turbo but im a lil confused about some pieces on it. for instance, the wastegate actuator has 2 wholes instead of just one and all that ive seen have one. Whats the 2nd whole for? and the other gold piece sticking out, wat is that piece for? any help would be great

hey chris is it the same turbo i sold you?if it is from what i was told you can either get a tee fitting and run them off of one vaccum source or seperate,or you could just leave the second one alone.hope that helps

3rd was some crazy ass black guy

lol

but it maybe a some type of an internal blow off valve.
