anybody know anything about toyota turbos and thier intercoolers
The CT26 was also in the MR2 Turbo, if I remember correctly. If you wanted to know more about that particular turbo, try checking out one of those Toyota websites, like MR2.com. I’m sure they’d be able to answer your questions for you…plus you’d save bandwidth on this board…something we desperately need around here…

i have a CT26 sitting here at home … i’ve tried visulaizing and actually placing it in the header area… it jus looks too physically big to fit in a DA… maybe when the custom manifold is built then it would fit better … i dunno …i’m still convinced on the TD05 mitsu series turbos
get a slim line fan, maybe that will help fitment
im interested in these toyota models too as ive seen ct26’s, some claiming in great condition, for around 150$.

Remove your ac with your ac fan and you’ll have plenty of room 
If you still need ore, get a civic half style rad.

i got a ct26 turbo fro a mr2 motor, same as supra and celica all-trac, the turbo is too big for DA integra. i tried to fit it into my car too, too bid, i also got a t3 garett aireasearch turbo from a volvo, looks like it will fit perfectly into the space bwtween the radiator and block! youll probably wanna go with the smaller turbos like the t3, tdo5 dsm just looks a little too small for me so i go with the t3s. easier flange to work with and find too!
oh well. what about the ct20?
i have a CT20 turbo uninstalled and was wondering if it is a good streetable turbo, nothing crazy just some boost under the hood? also where would i find the oil and coolent pieces to use that go on the turbo itself? i need them…Anyone helping is appreciated…
i found a ct26 with new seals and bearings for $100, but the guy says theres shaftplay. he said you cant see it move, but you can feel it wiggle. now i heard .001" of wiggle is already bad, should i get it? he said ‘its still perfectly usable’ but im skeptical.
as for fitment, he said its about as big as a t4… im pretty sure ill be doing a custom manifold. even with a custom manifold, will it fit w/o getting a civic radiator but removing the ac fan, or is it just impossible with the stock one?
