hey guys im installing my turbo this weekend, starting tommorow. I got a 91 bumper and the IC isnt going to fit in it, how can i get a nice clean cut out of the grill ? if i take a hacksaw to it , its going to be ugly as hell, any suggestions?
Also the bumper support bar, if I remove that it fits good , but then how the heck do I hold the middle section of my bumper up?

I just took a sawzall and cut out the center grill so its all open. kinda like a 92 bumper but not rounded on the bottom. Its just a big rectangular hole that i’m gonna put a universal grill in. its not hard to do.
I’ve yet to see it done cleanly. Search, I’ve posted pics of mine before.
Hrmmm, dremel tool worked wonders, SAWZAL! thats what u use for metal/wood not flimsy plastic bumpers!
looks perfectly normal, through some pantyhose over the IC and go out and rape some american heaps 
I just cut out the center piece on mine thats all. We had the bumper off to do it because i took the ac out.
use a dremel.
