I have much smaller issues, and they are probably going to cost around $1000 to repair at a body shop. The wells on either side of the trunk around the roof drains are just about gone. Too much road road salt in winter. And your old radiator was in about the same state as mine… Hoping to sort mine this week.

$1000 sounds not too bad mate considering most of 90’ Hondas are rotten through like hell  my bill was hmmmmm…. bit bigger then that
like i mentioned before - i just want to drive car for time being and when i will find time - i will fix those issues
good luck mate fixing your beast
$1000 sounds not too bad mate considering most of 90’ Hondas are rotten through like hell…
Thanks, but that $1K was just the bodywork for reconstructing the trunk wells and rear wheel arches. I was not including the cost of the paint job (chuckle). AND the car was only used as a daily driver for six years… (parked for most of its life).

And btw, what did you do with that power steering cooling line with the fins, did you dip it first, or just respray it black??

i just used sand paper to get most of the rust of - primer and then black spray can  i did the same with windscreen wipers  cheap / easy and looks good enough
