Dart block

Hey I was going to run a golden eagle sleeved block however after talking to someone he recommened the Dart block. I was curious if I could get some peoples opinions on this block. I am looking to make at least 550 WHP with a turbo NOS setup. I would be running a b18 84.5 mm block setup. Please give me some info. Money doesn’t matter I was this build to last

That block can survive the end of the world. Just watch, it will be the end of the world and the only thing floating around will be Dart blocks for the b-series. On another note, they’re freaking expensive, but you said money is not an issue.

They arent that expensive when you compare the price to sleeving and all the machine work associated with it.

The blocks are bullet proof and all the machine work has been done…get some shelf pistons, rods and bearings and assemble it.

No finding a ‘spare’ block, no shipping ($$$) it off, no waiting for the sleeve guys to do their thing.

buy the short deck dart block, it is equal to a stock ls/gsr/itr, and makes things so much easier. i wouldnt mess with nitrous for 550 hp.

^^ yeah but he could run a smaller turbo and have a more usable powerband.

^^ yeah but he could spend the money from nitrous on buying a ball bearing turbo and have a “more usable powerband.”

^^^ yeh that u said. fuck NAWS

I am already running a GT35R or GT40R havn’t decided which yet. I plan to bump up the power later and right now the nos kit will be an intercooler sprayer

nx and cf own the nitrous game.

if i ever get another nitrus kit it will be direct port and probably the nx kit

i went with the nx 6cyl direct port kit(w/15# bottle) so i had the larger solenoids, then got the gen-x2 kit with remote bottle opener. then i actually had a custom fuel/nitrous distribution block made…
now i’m pretty much only going to run the bottle, feed line, nitrous solenoid, purge, heater, and bottle gauge. i am getting ready to buy harris speed works distribution block + dry nozzles, so that i can run dry direct port nitrous controlled by my aem ems. all the rest of the crap just sits in a box brand new and unused. LOL.
