dashpot and starting air valve, what to do? **pics**

im in the processs of doing my vacuum lines, everything is done except the line i unplugged that was attach to the stock air box.

there are three lines that im not sure what to do with them.

the one circled in RED, do i just put a breather there?
the one circled in BLUE, thats the starting air check valve correct? what do i do with that one?

the one circled in GREEN, i think thats the dashpot, im not quite sure what to do with that either?

help please???

the air breather should b put on where u think it should if not the Valve cover has no where to vent run it out… dont plug it…

remove them both and seal the holes.I used jbweld.

could i just plug the vacuum hoses just like i have it in the pic?
same thing right?

ALSO, is my vortech BOV installed correctly?what does that orange looking plug in the back do?
