i tried this on my tranny mount and i used the 3m stuff. didnt work to well. the crap never dried completly i let it sit for 3 days and still soft in the middle. waited a week and instaled it… total crap within an hour the thing tore apart and the undried middle oozzed out.
So im taking it you would do it steps if you did it agian(IE doing it in layers)
Would that compromise the rigity of the mount?
