i dont underdtand the big ground clearance thing, 3 inch exhaust fits fine, unless u run it under the gas tank.
name of the company who sells the exhaust i was talking about is perrin. sweet exhaust. dual 2.25" ss piping. i think i may copy the piping with dual 2.5" for my other teg if rs*r can offer me some sort of custom muffler for the application like they did for that turbo s2k.
I think you will overdo it with dual 2.5 mufflers.

what car is it that they sell a dual 2.5" exhaust, side by side, mainly for ground clearence. it also outflows a 4" exhaust. maybe sti? i forget.
Look at the exhaust pipes on a New Pontiac GTO or 88’ Mazda RX-7.
single muffler, dual 2.5" inlet single 3-4" outlet. this car is going to be around 600hp turbo w/ nitrous.
Huh? Alot of cars exhaust pipes are like that.
A Toyota Supra for instance.
i wonder if 2.5" mufflers or larger even matter, as long as the dp and b-pipe are 3", i’d think that’s small enough to keep velocities up.
ever think that maybe you would make more power if the exhaust piping slowly gets smaller to keep up the velocity lost in the heatloss of the exhaust gas.
never smaller. the gas would get slow when expanding, then get backed up when it reached the small points. probably worse than if the whole thing was small. never smaller, only the same or larger.
