Okay, here are some updated pics after milling 2mm off each one.
Glynn, I really appreciate you stepping forward to accept the damaged bushing. Like I said, you pay $10 less and if you find you are unhappy with it, send it back and I will make you another one. Really the damage isn’t that bad. Here are some pics of the damaged half.
On that last picture the damaged portion is at the top of the right side half. Like I said, this is the side that will be pressed against the tie rod boot anyway. You’ll never see it.

When you receive your bushings just know that 6061 Aluminum is fairly soft, so don’t bang them around too much if you want them to look nice. I will send them well protected. I will start shipping them out Monday once payments are received.

Total is $45 shipped for everyone except BLKACK1 (Glynn) who accepted the damaged bushing. Glynn, your total is $35 shipped. Everyone is getting new bolts and washers as well as the custom washers. Damn how did I miss this thread. Any plans of making more kits in the future? I’d like to pick up option 3 if you do decide to make some more. Awesome work on this by the way.
I may have to run another batch of 10. Seems like there is quite a few people on here that would like to be included.

I can do longer use this kit ill still buy it unless you are ok with some one else buying it. I am sorry it just insurance total my car, an I went an got a right hand drive shell so I am sorry …like I said ill still buy it if you like so there are no problems.
