I need a few ideas for how sum of you guys have run ur external dumps? like out of the front bumper etc. I also was thinking of doing a 3in straight pipe no cat or resy, just straight exhaust piping no mufflers no nada, just curious if it would sound to raspy, but the good ole 3in N1 mufflers still sound good so I dunno what to pick. my DA isn’t a street car it’s gutted and will be ran on race gas only, so keep that in mind. Any help would be appreciated!
I had my dumptube run next to the downpipe and then cut off by the oil pan. You can make it run into your downpipe/exhaust system if you want as well.
nah i’m looking for something other than the traditional way to run it! and I don’t want to recirculate it back into my downpipe cause i’ll lose a few hp:(

i would say on the side of the bumper
ive seen k-series turbo cars dump them through the fender, between the front wheel and the doors. looked and sounded sick, would be hard to replicate on a B-series setup.
my last turbo car (a 2g DSM) dumped the wastegate into a 90* elbow and that was it. any other design was laggy or had boost creep issues with the wastegate.
i even melted a few radiator shrouds before a simple 90* elbow to the ground directed those hot ass EGTs under the car.
plus the fire from out of the wastegate dump under the motor was a sight to be seen when i was on the 2-step. people got out of the way, thats for sure.
