Finally Boosting!! Help plz

Ok so here’s what i have done in the last few years, finally finishing the motor last summer:

91 Integra B18A
84.5mm cp pistons 9:0:1 comp, sleeved
head work etc with rebuild
walbro fuelpump
fuel pressure regulator w/guage
xtc stage 2 clutch n lightflywheel

now i just finished:
Obd0 to obd1 conversion with the new distributer etc
and i’m running a Demon Emulator for easy tuning with ECTune
AEM wideband

so she’s running good and tuned and i’m buying this turbonetics kit:

basicly i need to know what else i’m going to need to get me boosted besides what comes with this kit!!
injectors? boost guage/controller? electronic boost controller? half rad? anything that you don’t see in that kit! need to get things rocking asap!

My final goal is going to be 400hp but i really only need to
know what i need now to get started, like 250-300hp!!

A good source of information can be found in the G2IC turbo guide up top and will help you to ask better questions. everything pretty much can be answered from there, and if you don’t see it there then ask.

yeah i’ve read over the guide, but i’m moreless trying to get a list of parts to order to get my setup running, esential parts to get this install done at the shop without having to watetime on waiting for parts, i live in a small town so the parts are essential in advance

Looks like you need some odds and ends.What injectors are you going to use? You might need to get a resistor box for them.Boost gauge,vac manifold, electronic/manual boost controller. Not sure if you will need the half size radiator with that setup.You are also going to need different spark plugs. Thats all I can think of for now.

awesome, well i have stock injectors…so i guess i’ll hit up xenocron for a set with a resister box, probably a 3bar map too. also what is a vac manifold??

Its a vacuum manifold ,it just makes it easier to run the lines for the wastegate/bov etc.

that kit would get you in 250-300whp…although it would be cheaper if you can piece your own and that downpipe is going to need some customization…for that hp you can just get the dsm 450injectors they are priced nicely(40-60) check it out at dsmtuners.com then upgrade later…i’m assuming that is a 90-93 integra body so you don’t need a resistor box for the dsm 450…half rad, with that kit i wouldn’t bother unless you just want to upgrade for the future, definitely need boost gauge, and electronic boost controller is not needed to get you started so don’t waste your money on that you might even change your mind down the road…

well i spent so much on the engine my turbo goals are pretty high!! being sleeved n all. Initially i wanted to go with a gt30 or gt35 turbo and try n piece it together but i have no clue what to order so it will all work, any suggestions on piecing a gt30 setup together would be nice!!
