This post is for anyone whom has run into a bad map sensor problem and are having problems locating one.I found these part numbers from j-body web site and found them to be quite useful as my 2 bar map sensor of 3 years crapped out on me as i had to be to work,and its my only ride up and running…or was lol…I found the 2 bar from autozone which i was running a 2 bar gm but this part number is equvalent to the sensor i was running and have had no problems and am back up and runing.If your tuned you know that gm style map sensors are not vehicle specific.
If you go to autozone heres your number to take them and slap it on the counter and say gimme this part number Please and thank you :manual:

I know these might not be the cheapest part per price, but if you need a map sensor and cannot wait for one, or know of one in a junk ,yard than theres you fix.
Note i did have to notch my gm style plug with a razor blade but it doesnt harm the harness,but becarefull it will harm your fingers …Just look at the notches in the wells sensors and you will see where you need to nothc or cut…
