Intercooler on, now hes fitting the piping, cutting and welding.
Finished, i painted the intercooler black, and got the bumper to fit pretty decent.

sorry no pics of the finished product without the bumper on, but eventually i will when i have to take it off.
next steps is rom tune for temporary, injectors and fuel pump, then upgrade to atleast a 2 bar map sensor.

i’d run a 3" with resonator and have a manual cutout for whenever you just…want to run balls out (pause)

yeah, im probably going to have a cutout made, but i really want it super quiet during daily driving. because with the open down pipe you can hear the turbo spooling from like half a block away. sounds crazy nice, but i cant have that. lol…

run 2.5" w/ like a 22/27" resonator after the 3" up to the cutout…SHOULD give you the quietness you’re looking for…i mean for a V6 my max is pretty quiet…except lately since i’ve scraped a hole in my flex pipe LOL
thanks man, im hoping for around 230-240 to the wheels on 10lbs of boost on a good tune.
next week im picking up some RC 550cc injectors from my friend for 100 bucks and a 255lph fuel pump for 75. homie hook up. lol
then im going on a romtune for now until i come up with the money for an actual tuning program and then go for a dyno tune.

i also just got my piping done today, 3" down pipe to 2.5" piping with 40" resonator no muffle, but i plan on putting a manual cutoff where the 3" downpipe is for when i want to open it up and let it breath. It sounds good and is super quiet. i love it!
the blow off valve is loud at 5psi, i can only imagine at 10psi. but only when i get my tune. aha
i took your advice about the piping and resonator but i got a 40" to be safe. its none glasspack so its super quiet. lol, dont regret it at all. i love how its super quiet. aha

true indeed man. before i drop it i need some type of alarm on it. i need tires asap though, so wheel/tires are next. glad you caught them on time though
look, my new addition!
picked it up for dirt cheap, 150 bucks! just didnt come with the 4-pin wire. but i ordered it and its coming on the 21st. :]
next step is a ramhorn manifold, 550 rc cc injectors and 255lph fuel pump.
my goal for now is about 250whp, until i can upgrade some other parts, cause my real goal is 300whp on a stock internal jdm b18b on a very good tune.
