i allso removed my rear wiper and motor tonight . i’m thinking i’ll just make a cap ,its easier then driving around looking for a plug when there is a rubber there allready …
you can see that i kinda messed up on the first circle area from the center on the drivers side light.I guess i took it down to much when i was cleaning to weld int he inner peice and now i have to go back and bring it up a bit .Not really a big deal just wish i would have noticed before i welded the inner piece in all the way haha

i’m pretty sure he juse baked the light then painted the clear part black .Or maybe window tint i dunno but i like it …

it looks like he just tinted the outer lens… you can buy a tint for clearcoat, which kind of works the same way kandy does. The more coats, the darker it gets. Then you put a coat or two of regular clear over that… i believe you can get different colors as well. heres the link:

thanks for the link ,ive done the tinting before ,just never thought of doing it to lights .thanks again ,makes it easier now if i go with mod these lights down the line .Since i have everything i need
so ive done some more work to the teggy… but ended up cuttingout 3 hours of work in the hatch when i was inclouseing the passenger light . ive made up new templates now of what i think it should look like .Alot more welding ,but should be worth it …

so i went to work on the teggy today but wanted to gvie the garage a quick sweep .So i pulled the car out of the garage went to turn around on the other side of my yard and ran out of fuel !!! crap haha … i knew i was pushing my luck witht he amount of fuel i put in it .i should ahve added more before i tookt he filler off again . So now the car is outside and i have to install the damn filler neck in -30c and int he snow haha shit!!!
